Peter Hatcher, Skipper of Poste Haste, has many years experience sailing in the UK and Europe and some time ago decided to share his passion and knowledge of the sea and set up Sea Discoverer Charters. Peter knows the Solent well and will make every effort to ensure that your day is one to remember. The Isle of Wight is nearby and can easily be reached in a day’s sailing. By prior arrangement, restaurants can booked for lunch, however we’re pretty confident that once aboard, you’ll be happy to drop anchor and enjoy a buffet lunch aboard Poste Haste instead.

If you want something a little more challenging, why not think about a team building day with a difference for your staff? Peter will arrange a bespoke day that meets your requirements and goals, ensuring that the entire team is fully involved in the handling of the boat – everybody will even get the opportunity to take the helm.

Safety, of course, is paramount. Before you set sail, there will be a clear explanation of the safety measures to be observed at sea and a run through of the plan of action for the day. Everyone will be issued with a lifejacket and in the event of bad weather, protective clothing is available.

All itineraries are subject to change on the day should the wind/weather conditions cause a variation to the previously agreed plans and destinations.
